Evernorth Brings Its XRP Treasury To Nasdaq
Evernorth launched trading on Nasdaq under the ticker XRPN on October 12, with CEO Asheesh Birla ringing the closing bell two days later. Following the finalization of its merger with Armada Acquisition Corp. II on October 9, Birla remarked:
“Completing this transaction today marks a significant milestone of bringing this company to market.”
During the bell ceremony, Birla noted that the Evernorth XRP treasury will seek yield on-chain via decentralized finance (DeFi) expansion alongside off-chain institutional collaborations. The firm appointed Hugo Jeandesboz—formerly of Coinbase and HSBC—as Chief Investment Officer. This development is significant for any XRP price prediction, as a publicly traded enterprise actively acquires the token with a long-term operational strategy.

“You don’t need to worry about XRP. It broke out of that long downtrend channel. It’ll still take some time, but it’s okay.”
XRP reached an all-time high of $3.65 in July 2025 before declining within a descending channel and establishing a base close to $0.99 prior to its breakout.
His XRP breakout projection identifies resistance levels at $1.70, followed by $2, $2.20, and $2.70, with $3.65 designated as the primary objective. Omitting a specific timeline, his perspective functions primarily as a long-term outlook.
At publication time, XRP trades at $1.34 according to CoinGecko, reflecting a 4.6% decline over the preceding week, which forms the baseline for any existing XRP price prediction. Valuations rest slightly above the $1.26 support level identified on Bitcoin Boy’s chart and roughly 63% below the asset’s historical peak. A return to $3.65 necessitates an upward movement of approximately 172%, presenting a substantial requirement within a volatile market environment.
Presently, price projections depend on two main catalysts: the asset must surpass the $1.70 resistance threshold, and Evernorth’s treasury must successfully convert its 473 million XRP into consistent yield generation. Realizing both conditions would bring Bitcoin Boy’s forecasted trajectory closer to reality.
